West Suburban Medical Center is located in Oak Park, Illinois, 7 miles west of downtown Chicagoland about 1 mile north of the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) on Austin Boulevard.


Driving Directions

  • From the West
    • Take the East-West Tollway (I-88) east
    • Follow signs to the Eisenhower Expressway east to Chicago
    • Exit on Austin Boulevard
    • Turn left at the stop light
    • The Hospital is located at the corner of Erie and Austin

  • From the North
    • Take the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) or the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) south
    • Follow signs for I-290 east to Chicago
    • Exit at Austin Boulevard
    • Turn left at the stop light
    • The Hospital is located at the corner of Erie and Austin

  • From the East
    • Take the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) west
    • Exit on Austin Boulevard
    • Turn right at the stop light
    • The Hospital is located at the corner of Erie and Austin

  • From the South
    • Take the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) north
    • Follow signs to the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) east to Chicago
    • Exit at Austin Boulevard
    • Turn left at the stop light
    • The Hospital is located at the corner of Erie and Austin


Public Transportation

The Hospital is accessible by public transportation via the Chicago Transit Authority Green Line (Lake Street El) Austin station, CTA 91 Austin bus and 66 Chicago (Austin Blvd. Stop) and PACE buses 309 and 313 (Lake and Austin stop).
